Always give your body a break . RELAX on the weekends. I know we all love to eat fast food and have a drink or two don't over do it.





It's the weekend come relax , go out to eat. Do not stress your stomach feeling the need to over eat. Do not strip your body with massive detox products after the weekend because you ate to much.

Nothing like a weekend to relax the body soaking is a must. LAZY WEEKENDS dedicated to " STRETCHING" . Stretch all weekend increasing flexibility. Stretching is the most important part of working out keeping your muscles relaxed. Eat many bananas to keep from catching a muscle spasms .
